Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. All prices listed on the Dual Minds shop are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at 508-233-8354 or info@dualmindspsychiatry.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will assess on a case by case basis.
Incorrect Address Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Dual Minds Integrative Psychiatry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at 508-233-8354 and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

How to measure:
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level under the arms
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem
Sleeve: Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist
Youth fit note: Youth sizing is based on average proportions for age. For a relaxed fit, size up one. If your child is between sizes, we recommend the larger size.
