Payment and Appointment Policy

When you invest in your mental health, you want care that is worth every dollar. At Dual Minds Integrative Psychiatry, our self-pay model means we are not bound by the conventional limitations of insurance. This gives us the freedom to provide care that is completely focused on you: your goals, your time, and your wellness journey! Insurance often creates unnecessary barriers to care. It can impose strict time limits, rigid treatment plans, and rules that do not always

align with what is best for you. Our goal is simple: to give you the time, attention, and care you need without compromise!

We accept HSA and FSA cards, all major credit cards, and can provide a Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement if you choose. All session fees are due before your appointment. We keep a credit card on file to make the process simple and secure. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Fee Schedule

Nurse Practitioner Appointment:
- Initial Evaluation
  - 60 minutes; $275
- Follow-Up
  - 30 minutes; $175
  - 45 minutes; $200
  - 60 minutes; $250
Educational Advocacy:
- Academic Coaching, Executive Functioning, IEP/504
  - Initial Evaluation
    - 60 minutes; $200
  - Follow-Up
    - 30 minutes; $100
    - 45 minutes; $125
    - 60 minutes; $150
  - Other educational advocacy support services will be billed as applicable
Life Transformation Coaching:
- Initial Intake Session:
  - 60 minutes; $200
  - All new clients begin with a 60-minute intake session to assess goals, needs, & readiness for coaching.
- Ongoing Coaching Sessions:
  - 60 minutes; $200
  - Additional coaching sessions are available on an hourly basis.
- Coaching Packages:
  - Coaching packages are available and may be recommended after the initial intake session.
  - Package options, pricing, and structures are discussed directly between the client and Dr. Miller during the intake process.

Please note:

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other convenient payment methods.
Superbills are available upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
