About
Phil George, USAF (Ret.), Clinical Biochemist & Wellness Educator

My Story
Educational Philosophy
At Dual Minds Integrative Psychiatry, Phil George brings more than forty years of experience in clinical biochemistry, metabolic health, and evidence-based lifestyle intervention to his work as a wellness educator. His approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with understanding. When patients and clinicians can clearly see how the body works at a biochemical level, they are empowered to make informed decisions about their health. Phil specializes in translating complex metabolic and biochemical concepts into practical, science-based strategies that complement psychiatric and integrative treatment plans, supporting improved metabolic function, reduced inflammation, and enhanced overall well-being.
Military Service
Phil's commitment to service began early. He served four years in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict as a fuel specialist. That foundation of discipline, precision, and service to others has carried through every chapter of his professional life and continues to inform his dedicated work with veterans groups across Massachusetts and New England.
