At Dual Minds Integrative Psychiatry,

we are intentionally a private pay practice so we can provide care without insurance restrictions.​ 

This allows us to focus fully on your mental health, goals, and overall well-being.

Personalized Care: Unhurried visits and collaborative planning for lasting results.

Accepted Payment Methods & Billing Policies

  • We offer sliding scale pricing for healthcare professionals and first responders for nurse practitioner services.

  • HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards are accepted.

  • A superbill is available for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Session fees are due prior to appointments, with cards kept on file for convenience.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; missed sessions will be billed in full.

Nurse Practitioner Service Fees

Our Nurse Practitioner services provide comprehensive, integrative mental health care that combines medication management with holistic and complementary approaches. Care is individualized and spans psychiatric support, women’s mental health, and lifestyle-focused services.

Educational Advocacy Packages & Costs

Our educational support packages are led by educational specialists and focus on understanding how mental health and learning challenges impact school functioning. Services range from comprehensive or focused IEP and 504 consultation to academic and executive functioning support.

Mindfulness & Life Transformation Coaching Fees

Our Mindfulness and life transformational coaches support your mental health by strengthening self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress resilience. Coaching focuses on mindset, coping skills, and intentional life change to complement overall emotional well-being and personal growth.​​​
