Comprehensive Educational Impact Psychiatric Package

• Purpose:

  • Evaluate and clarify how a student’s psychiatric symptoms and mental health needs affect school functioning

  • Support IEP and 504 planning, implementation, and review

  • Provide psychiatric insight into educational access, accommodations, and mental health supports

  • Note: This is not a school-based evaluation and does not replace district assessments

• Best For:

  • Students with mental health challenges impacting learning, behavior, attendance, or emotional regulation

  • Cases where guidance is needed to inform IEP or 504 planning or implementation

  • Situations where existing school supports may not meet the student’s mental health needs

  • Families, clinicians, or attorneys seeking psychiatric input to support advocacy, planning, or problem-solving

• Includes:

  • Up to 6 hours of consultative services

  • Review of educational and clinical records

  • One school observation

  • Two-hour consultation with Nurse Practitioner and Educational Advocate team, parents, attorneys, and/or school personnel

  • Written consult summary with mental health-focused recommendations

• Fee:

  • $1,950 flat fee

 

Focused Educational Impact Psychiatric Package

• Purpose:

  • Targeted consult to clarify how psychiatric symptoms impact school functioning

  • Supports IEP and 504 planning, implementation, or review when specific questions or concerns exist

  • Note: Not a school-based evaluation

• Best For:

  • Students with mental health challenges affecting learning, behavior, or attendance

  • Situations where targeted guidance is needed without full observation

  • Families, clinicians, or attorneys seeking specific psychiatric input

• Includes:

  • Up to 3 hours of consultative services

  • Review of relevant educational and clinical records

  • One consultation meeting with Nurse Practitioner and Educational Advocate team, parents, attorneys, and/or school personnel

  • Brief written consult summary

• Fee:

  • $1,050 flat fee

Academic Coaching Package

• Purpose:

  • Support students in developing study skills, organization, time management, and task completion

  • Improve overall academic performance and school engagement

• Best For:

  • Students struggling with homework, study skills, assignment completion, or school organization

  • Students with ADHD or executive function challenges

• Includes:

  • Individual coaching sessions (1 hour each)

  • Goal setting and progress tracking

  • Collaboration with parents or teachers as needed

• Fees:

  • $175 per hour

  • Optional package:

    • 6 sessions for $1,000

Executive Functioning Support Package

• Purpose:

  • Provide targeted support to improve planning, organization, attention, working memory, and self-regulation skills

  • Equip students with tools for managing multi-step tasks and deadlines

• Best For:

  • Students struggling with planning, organization, time management, or self-monitoring

  • Often helpful for students with ADHD or neurodevelopmental challenges

• Includes:

  • Individual coaching sessions (1 hour each)

  • Strategies for planning, time management, and organization

  • Parent/teacher consultation as needed

  • Optional brief written progress summary

• Fees:

  • $200 per hour
