IEP & 504 Support Services
Comprehensive Educational Impact Psychiatric Package

Evaluate and clarify how a student’s psychiatric symptoms and mental health needs affect school functioning

Support IEP and 504 planning, implementation, and review

Provide psychiatric insight into educational access, accommodations, and mental health supports

Note: This is not a school-based evaluation and does not replace district assessments

Cases where guidance is needed to inform IEP or 504 planning or implementation

Situations where existing school supports may not meet the student’s mental health needs

Support students in developing study skills, organization, time management, and task completion

Improve overall academic performance and school engagement

Students struggling with homework, study skills, assignment completion, or school organization

Students with ADHD or executive function challenges

Individual coaching sessions (1 hour each)

Goal setting and progress tracking

Collaboration with parents or teachers as needed

Provide targeted support to improve planning, organization, attention, working memory, and self-regulation skills

Often helpful for students with ADHD or neurodevelopmental challenges
